Are there ANY FREE voip apps for S60 V5.?

All of the applications that I have come across which say FREE VOIP calls end up requiring you to BUY(im pretty sure thats not FREE to BUY things) credits. So is there ANY way I can make a FREE call from my S60 V5 mobile phone to any other mobile phone via 3G/Wifi/GPRS?
